Are you living far less of a life than you are capable of because? Perhaps not even being aware that you are?

Saturdays Manifesting Excellence call was about “Authenticity, Self-Esteem & Self Value” as well as answering questions that had been submitted.

We often become conditioned to our mental patterns and how we see ourselves.

For example when we grow up in a family situation where we may consistently be served last or a school situation where we are treated as not intelligent or capable or if we have been in an unhealthy relationship, we can inadvertently take on notions that we are not deserving of being happy or having what we want.

This can become very ingrained within us and we have no awareness of it because we are too busy living from those paradigms to even realise them.

Self-esteem and self-value can impact:

    – Your income
    – Your relationships and friendships
    – Your health
    – Your manifesting abilities and what you allow in your life – ie your quality of living

We also talked about authenticity on the call.  It is about alignment in what you say and what you do, as well as in relation to the energetic aspect of who you are.

When this is NOT in alignment we experience emotional pain and lives where what we want doesn’t happen.

  • I definitely agree that how you see yourself affects income, relationships, health, etc… It’s just sometimes hard to believe good things about myself. One minute I am on top of the world and feel like I can accomplish anything and the next I feel like I should just hide in a corner as not to bother anyone…

    • Hemal Radia says:

Thanks, Ashley. Regarding finding it hard to believe good things about yourself, ask yourself what your beliefs are around that. Usually we have a bit of ‘noise’ or things that have been said about us in the past or things we have picked up which don’t serve us. We are naturally beautiful. It’s just the noise we pick up along the way.

  • Corinne says:

I have been catching myself lately being inconsistent between what I do and what I say. You are absolutely right that the imbalance causes discontent. Every time I catch myself and refocus on acting the way I proclaim to be, everything starts to fall into place again.

  • Kathy Hadley says:

I’m sure that call was very helpful to people.

It is important to be yourself. I’ve noticed that many such traits come along naturally once you raise your dominant vibration.

    Good post, Hemal.

  • Amy says:

I find that if I spend time with those who love me unconditionally, I automatically feel like a more successful person! So perhaps part of the puzzle of self-esteem is dependent on who we spend out time with.

    • Hemal Radia says:

Thanks, Amy. It is beautifully being around others that love us unconditionally, that is a very powerful energy and connects us to our own.

It’s also useful to bear in mind that there are those that can be around others but still not feel good. They particularly have to look into their beliefs and emotions in ‘finding themselves’.
