What You Want Can Seem So Far, Can Really Be So Near

WHAT YOU WANT DOESN’T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE FAR AWAY

There are times when we may feel far away from the things that we would like.  It may be specific things or it may be a direction. It may be that we have taken a path or made certain choices in life which we feel have taken us away from where we want to be.

The truth of the matter is, you can never be far away from what you want because on a deeper level it ALREADY EXISTS.  What you are feeling is the discord in your emotions from what you perceive around you, on a physical level, and your beliefs that you are far from it.

The ‘reality’ is that what you want has already been created on an energetic level (When you think it, it is created.  Everything exists in vibration; all possibilities exist), it has already been conceived, and in your allowing of it through your vibration you give birth to the physical manifestation.

BUILD & ALLOW THE BRIDGE TO WHAT YOU WANT

Build an energetic bridge from where you are at to where you want to be.  Make peace with the present (at least in your own mind) so you are not constantly fighting it and having your attention on lack or resistance to it.

When you look around and put your attention on what you dislike, that dislike is blocking off what you want and offering a vibration to attract more of the same (i.e. dislike).  Make peace with that situation or put your attention on something else so that you are offering a different vibration.

What you want may seem far away, but in you practicing gentle steps towards what you want, you are building the bridge.  For some people, they get excited when they think about their dreams.  Others, they feel despondent because they feel far away from them.  The difference?  The difference is their beliefs about the situation.

In the first case the individual isn’t offering any beliefs or thoughts to contradict what they want, so they can feel good about the dream and it can come.  In the second case the individual, when they think of their dream, are stimulated to bring up their doubts and disappointments.  Both have the dream, one is allowing it, the other is resisting it.

 

THERE IS POWER IN YOUR ENVISIONING

Put aside any doubts or disappointments or fears or anything else about what you want, allow yourself to dream for the sake of it, because it feels good (that in itself is an indication to your vibration).  Many are not used to doing that because they feel it doesn’t do much. 

If you focus on something that feels good, and regularly practice it, and do not doubt or contradict it, it will get bigger and bigger and bigger very quickly and you will be on your way. 

You will know because of how it feels; the excitement will build and build (if it doesn’t, it is because you are contradicting it on some level).  And very soon you will see physical manifestations.  There is a natural and universal flow for growth and expansion.  You do not even have to ‘try’, you just have to not fight your flow, let the stream carry you.

What happens for most people, like I mention in Manifesting Excellence and to clients, is that many people contradict or doubt or block their flow.  Your flow is infinite and abundant and not only can it carry you to what you want but far beyond what you can fathomYour flow is more infinite and abundant than you can see, and remember, there is far more around you that is in addition to what you can see.

And you know this because you have already had experiences that have indicated this to you 🙂

FROM BEING DOWN TO BEING IN YOUR FLOW

A few days ago, a friend wrote to me feeling saying that she had been in a wonderful flow and had felt that day that she had – in her words – “crashed”.  She had been feeling great, doing all sorts of things to look after herself, and then all of a sudden she felt things “fall down” all around her and she felt very, very down – down to a degree that she had hardly ever felt. 

She had been intending to become a client before this happened and is about to become one anyway.  I wrote her a message at the time which enabled her to realise how she could get herself back into her flow. 

Within days, she is buzzing and is back in her flow despite how down she was at the time.  She wrote to me this morning with a list of around 10 things that I had mentioned in my message to her which she had organised into a list.

Hi Hemal,

I am going to re-read your note every day for the rest of my life! ha ha  Seriously, there are so many good points that you make there.

1. I love the idea of being “light and easy” with myself. You are right, the easier I allow myself to be, the better I feel! Do not disrupt flow…ok, got it!

(Do not beat yourself up and create resistance from your flow.  Be light and easy and gentle with yourself.  Let the energy flow, and let it build and grow.)

2. No beating self up…stay away from quicksand…excellent point!  Btw, I thought about quicksand a lot as a child…just remembered that…haha

(The languaging she was using was of “crashing” in having come out of her flow.  Understandably, due to the state that she was in at the time, she used the languaging a few times in her original message to me so I asked to her to focus instead on what she wanted (than on what was wrong, i.e. “crashing”).  It’s like quicksand – that’s the analogy I used.  The more we struggle, the more we get pulled in.  The more attention to what we don’t want, the more we ‘fight’, the more we can feel getting sucked in. 

So relax, get your attention away from that.  Don’t put your energy towards it.  Instead, be light and easy because your flow is ALWAYS there, it’s about you letting it in (and not fighting or resisting it).  You are always connected to your flow.  So relax, let it in.  Think thoughts that feel good, they are you letting in your flow.)

3. Relax and know it is ok to concentrate on “me”. I just want you to know that I never knew until a few years back that it is ok to love myself…unfortunately I think a lot of people are unaware of that. (Might make an excellent post for you in the future)

4. Get rid of unwanted thoughts by thinking of being in the “now”. Will try and just revert to breathing technique or mantra…I call on my higher self.

5. Begin thinking of one wonderful thing to appreciate and then add more to the list.

6. Good thoughts = positive flow!

7. Do things that feel genuinely good to you.

8. Do things that energetically have value for you.

(I said to her to consider the things she does, thinks and feels for their ‘energetic value’.  How do they feel?  My sense was she was getting drained because she was focusing on things which energetically didn’t feel great for her and she was ‘getting things done’ and ‘working away’ rather than being in her flow.  She focused on this, as I get my clients to do, and she felt herself driven to do things which were more compelling and had a higher ‘energetic value’ and very easily and naturally her flow came.  I got her to focus on how things felt to herself. 

I have even worked with Law of Attraction coaches in guiding them to making this a way in their lives and their businesses, love lives and many other things have skyrocketed.)

9. Allow yourself to create personal well being doing the things you love.

It’s not so much about the ‘How’, it’s about Lining up Your Energy

I got inspired to write this from an interaction I had with a client this morning.  This is what I wrote in a status message on Facebook about it earlier:

“About a month ago a client said that she wanted to lose weight but it felt like a bit of a chore and ‘hard work’. She was also looking to be in a relationship. In the last couple of weeks she has found a partner she is *very* attracted to (at the time she couldn’t believe it happened)…who is a gym instructor and she is spending more time at the gym (EVERY DAY last week lol) than ever. Interesting how things happen isn’t it 🙂

Let go of the how, focus on the essences of what you want, let the Universe orchestrate the details, which will be a match to your overall vibration.”

(Relationships is one of the areas we had worked on in helping her get alignment)

 

ALLOW YOURSELF TO THINK OF THE POSSIBILITIES

When we think of something not happening or not being possible, what do we do?  We tend not to think of it happening or it not turning out how we want to because of our beliefs about it (our beliefs act like switches as to whether we consider the notion of something happening or not), or we have a fear about the situation. 

How about allowing yourself to daydream about how nice it would be if it was to happen instead?  You don’t have to say it ‘will‘ happen (because that can be uncomfortable for some people because they do not fully believe it at the time), but ALLOW YOURSELF TO CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITYJust allow yourself to think of it and feel from it and daydream, just CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY.  As you do that, it will get stronger and stronger.

Allow yourself to feel the sensations of how it would be, without putting pressure on yourself for it to ‘have to’ happen.  By you experiencing these sensations without doubting or ‘thinking’ – i.e. without contradicting, these feelings will grow and build and you will start to see clues of it happening.

What happens for most people is because they do not believe that what they want can happen they disregard the possibility right away and short circuit their flow so to speak, so they don’t even give themselves a chance.   It’s about being gentle and kind with yourself.  Allow yourself to entertain the possibility of what you would like just for the thought of it, just for the fun of it.  That takes away the pressure of it ‘having to’ happen, and you are doing this for fun.

And as you do that your thoughts about it will build and grow and get stronger.  As this happens you will start to get ideas and physical manifestations.  These will act as a reflection of your building consciousness about this and you will also feel more and more certain about it – which means your expectation and belief will grow and your pull for what you want will be even greater and greater.

The thing most people do is they let their doubts and fears come in and short circuit their natural and infinite and abundant universal flow There is no limit to the universal energy the Universe is sending you in every moment – and it is all around you – it’s about you letting it in and allowing it. 

Some thoughts you can consider:
– If my life could turn out wonderfully, how would it be?
– If things went right, what would it be like?
– What if things DO work out for me, how would it be?

Let
go of the ‘how’ and the ‘thinking it’ too much.  What we are talking about
is you FEELING from what you want.  We are talking about vibration and
manifestation, not actions or plans or linear and logical
possibilities (there is a place in life for them too, but here we are talking about lining up your energy).

to.  Can
you imagine what it would be like if every resource in this Universe –
because you and it are not separate – was responding to
your aligned vibration to bring you what you wanted?”

IT’S ABOUT LINING UP YOUR ENERGY

What many do is they expect themselves to rationally and logically know HOW they will get what they want.  That is what we have been taught as we have grown up.  We’ve been taught to have a plan and a structure and have actions listed out.  Many people even teach the Law of Attraction with this.  That is all very well, I would encourage people to use a vibrational aspect with this.

We are in a Universe that is not just physically full of logic and actions, but also non-physical and spiritual and there is far more that is unseen and we feel from the heart than what we can physically see.  There are dormant capabilities within you and around you.

Do you remember a time when things just ‘clicked’?  When they just fell into place and you weren’t ‘thinking’ too much and just ‘being’?  And you weren’t evaluating, you were experiencing, and things were just taking care of themselves.  THAT’S an example of when you had your energy aligned.  You may not have been aware of how you did it consciously, but you were in a place where you were in the moment and things were happening.

I work with clients with different aspects and often it is about identifying what feels best to them and taking
their attention off the things that do not matter.  Understandably
people have habits of thought they have built up over years and it
is just about practicing a new way.  Just like the client mentioned
above, people can start to see things around themselves in their lives
change.  But you do it for how you feel, the manifestations are natural
consequences
.

I hear pretty much everyday from people who have read something I have written or a teleseminar they have heard or in working with me and it has inspired them to think of something differently (and it is a pleasure and an honour to be on the receiving end of it!) and that has brought into their life all sorts of things.  I am hearing these stories everyday and throughout the day and this is happening around you and you will see more and more of it.  There’s only expansion and growth, you – nor anyone else – do not grow smaller.  You will experience more and more of these things.

Regarding the above interaction, it was with a Law of Attraction coach who is very successful at what she does.  From my perspective I just happened to suggest some tweaks and it has changed how she sees things and what has come into her life.

WANT WHAT YOU WANT, *AND* ENJOY YOUR NOW

Absolutely, focus on the FEELING because that is the indication of your vibration, and your vibration is what attracts vibrational matches via Law of Attraction.

Oftentimes what happens with people is they think so much of a goal and get so ‘attached’ to it (which on some level can imply on a focusing on the lack of it) and create so much pressure and tension for themselves that they restrict their own flow.  And of course if someone is tense and feeling pressure, that is not as supportive of a fluid attractive vibration as might be the case otherwise.  Whereas when you are in a good feeling place and appreciating and loving your experiences, what you want can’t do anything other than come into your experience, in you being in that wonderful place you are a powerful attractor.

When someone is ‘trying’ for something, by implication their attention tends to be more on the outside on the object itself rather than on themselves.  Instead, it is about you BEING from a certain place which in itself is attractive to you HAVING.

Do you remember a time when you were so lost in the moment and enjoying it so much that you weren’t keeping track of things?  And ironically when you looked around, things were taking care of themselves and what you wanted was happening?  And if it wasn’t, you didn’t really care because you were so in the moment?  This can also be what they call present moment awareness and detachment.

Want what you want so that you flow the energy and allow it to come into your experience, and enjoy your now so that you don’t ‘need’ it and allow your energy to flow (otherwise you are pinching your energy flow).

YOUR FEELINGS ARE YOUR GUIDANCE

The quickest and easiest way to change your vibration is through your thoughts.  People talk about actions and that is one way.  A quicker and hence more leveraged way is to work with your thoughts and your feelings.  When you use them to change your vibration you are aligning yourself to what you want, and your indication that you are aligning yourself is by HOW YOU FEEL.  That is the communication from the deeper part of you that you are on track, just like a compass is used as a guide.  That is your internal compass, your internal guidance, to everything that you want.  If you feel better, then you are getting closer.  If it feels worse then you are a bit off-track.

So, when you focus on the imagery that feels the best you are most on track and most aligned in your vibration.  Do it because you love doing it for the sake of it rather than because you are trying to have something, because the implication in trying for something is that you are thinking about that thing rather than fully in the moment and enjoying your now as much as you can.  It’s a subtle difference and we do not always have to be perfect at it, life is a continual journey of improvement, growth and expansion.

You are not meant to forsake your goals, your goals are there for a reason.  They are your desires and your stimulants to flow energy.  But you are also not meant to beat yourself over your head with them because if you do that then of course you are feeling worse and that is your indication that you are taking yourself off track.

So you are being stimulated for what you want and your attention is in
your now, present moment awareness and not ‘attached’ to what you want,
you are open to what is on its way and know it will be what is best for
you, and in thinking/feeling that you are opening yourself up to many
possibilities also.

WHAT YOU WANT ALREADY EXISTS

Well this is the thing, WHAT YOU WANT IS ALREADY READY FOR YOU.

Nothing needs to happen other then you get into alignment with it for it to enter your lifeWhat you want is outside of your door ready to come in.  The moment you had the desire, it was ready, the Universe had what you want all ready for you, starting with it in vibration.  Your job is to get into alignment with it via your vibration so as to let it in.

It’s like the radio station is playing what you have been asking for, it is your job to get into the frequency of it to receive it, ‘that’s all’ you need to do.  And of course, the way to that is by being (and feeling) a vibrational match to what you want and you are in the frequency and then before you know it you will be seeing it in your life.  Take your attention off whether it’s here yet, instead put it on the enjoyment of your process and your journey and when you’re not looking you’ll turn around and realise it’s been there staring you in the face.

You are in a Dance with the Universe

Your Dream is Alive

You may have started out in life with wonderful dreams of what you will be, do or have.  For some these may be rich and vivid dreams, whether in terms of work and career (or finances, and LOTS of them!), love, family, health and living a wonderful and extravagant life.  For others it may be things which are perceived as being more humble and modest, such as working with the environment, helping animals, working with children, helping those in need, etc.

What happens for many is, as they say, life happens.  Sometimes it may be they end up on a path that veers them away from their original dream.  It may be they take up a job or a career that they believe prevents them from pursuing their dream.  It may be that they get married and/or have children, or something else occurs and they find their time and focus taken up.

YOUR DREAM IS ALIVE

Whatever your dream, it never died.  Your dream has always been alive in your vibration and still is to this day.  Your vibration – just like the Universe and the spiritual part of you – always expands, it never contracts.  Even when you think you have done something wrong or made a mistake, you have never grown smaller but have expanded, always.  You are expanding vibrationally in each moment with the choices and preferences you make in your life.

Your dream has always been alive.

It may be that the dream is not important to you in the same way, and that is fine and that is your choice.  It may be that it was something which at that time aided your growth and experience, and now other things are important, and that is fine too.  In likelihood this will mean that you may have other dreams now too.

So, ask yourself:

– When you think about the dream (or dreams), how does it FEEL?
– Do you doubt you can have it?
– Are you scared of it?
– Are you limiting yourself?  Are you from a place of limitation and fear about it, rather than faith?

YOU ARE ALWAYS EXPANDING ON A DEEPER LEVEL

Realise that you are a vibrational being living a physical life.  You, and everything else, are vibration on a deeper level.  The power that goals and dreams give you is what they do to you vibrationally – such as how you expand when you are excited by them – rather than just the physical world goal or condition you are looking to have.  The goal or condition will be the manifestation of you being a vibrational match to it and will be in your life before you know it, when you are in alignment with it.  It will be a natural consequence and manifestation of your vibration.

So, it is not about whether you can have the dream or not, whether you are scared about it or not, whether you perceive (note: you “perceive” – i.e. it doesn’t mean that’s the reality, it means that’s how you perceive it to be, in your thoughts and beliefs) it is possible or not or whether you ‘perceive‘ it will disrupt your life currently.

What is most important – as I say this in other articles, teleseminars and when I work one-to-one with people – is how does it feel?  You live your physical life with your senses but the spiritual part of you that knows everything (and is ‘God’/the ‘Universe’) communicates to you through your feelings It tells you what is best for you at that moment by what feels best at that moment.

It may be that you haven’t practiced your dream for a while.  Allow yourself to daydream.  What if it could happen?  What if it REALLY is there for you?  As you think this, from your place of possibility, notice how real it starts to feel.  And ask yourself, how does it feel?

IT’S NOT ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE AT, IT’S ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE LOOKING

You do not have to forsake the conditions in your life currently for your dream if you do not want to.  If you are in a job and need it to pay your bills or have children that you are looking after or are a house-wife or house-husband, take your attention off the ‘conditions’ and put it on how you WANT THINGS TO BE If your attention is on ‘conditions’ what are you attracting more of?  (Clue: “Law of Attraction!”)

As you practice your attention more and more on your dreams what will happen is the Universe will send you clues, it can’t not – as you become more of a vibrational match to something you will attract experiences that match it.


As you continue to practice your thoughts on it, you will get more and more reinforcements along the way.  Your expectations and ‘allowing’ will improve and you will see it more and more.

In terms of the ‘conditions’, what will happen is either they will resolve themselves or they will not be the same issue.  Think of it this way, if your attention goes off the problem – “Oh how in heaven can it happen, I have this and this and this and this that stop me having what I want“, and onto the solution – “Oh I would LOVE this and this and this and this!  Oh it feels SO good to think about what I want!  I’m not going to ‘think’ about it and figure it out, I’m just going to feel good about it and let the Universe hear my vibration and show me it happening“, how can the Universe do anything else but respond?

You came here to be creative and to express the beautiful spirit that you are.  Unleash that within you and allow yourself to think of the possibilities.  Allow yourself to dream and to think in terms of “Well if it IS possible then this will feel good and this will feel good” and so onYou don’t have to figure out the how.  That wasn’t the deal.  You, from your physical conscious mind, were going to make choices and preferences and the far far far larger spiritual vibrational part of you was going to correspond with Everything-Else-That-Is and create the manifestations.  It just got disrupted when the physical part of you thought you knew it all and were God and tried to overshadow the rest of you.  There is far more leverage and ease when you are in your flow by how you ‘feel’ (vibration, synchronicities, manifestation) than by how you ‘think’ (rational, logic, linear).

You are much much, much more than the physical body you see.  Be in harmony with it and let it flow.  The thoughts that feel good (including your ‘dreams’) are the ones that are in alignment with who you are.  And watch the magic unfold.
