Perfection is ok….

This was an interaction I was having with Xio (who you will have seen comment on posts on here) on a thread on the Universal Law of Attraction group on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?topic=5693&post=30159&uid=9150258418#post30159) about how she used to go for things that were ‘perfect’, eg if she was arranging a party then having perfect food, perfect people, the perfect place etc, whereas nowadays she is more focused on ‘softer’ qualities such as everybody being happy and enjoying the party.

I thought I would add some thoughts regarding ‘perfection’…

Yes, what I’ve found is that having ‘perfect’ goals and striving for
things of a high degree is absolutely fine and a wonderful way to KNOW
WHAT YOU WANT AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT
, and then being in the moment and
enjoying the PROCESS and focusing on the CREATION and on the JOY in the
moment

It is absolutely fine to be bold to go for what you
really want
(there is energy and flow in boldness, than in being
timid), whatever it is, even if it is, in your current perception,
‘perfect’, you are using that label to clarify and define what you
want, and then it’s about why you want it, the emotions, the essences
(the qualities of what you want, the way it makes you feel etc) and
letting go of any labels about ‘perfection’ (because the Universe
doesn’t have such labels, you Ask and it Gives) and focus on the
EXPERIENCE of what you want

What you want are your goals to matter so much and more and more so that more and more energy flows, the more desire the more energy flow, but you don’t want them to matter SO MUCH that you are ‘attached’ to them (and not ‘allowing’ them) that you pinch the energy off

‘Perfection’ as with many other concepts is a label, and you can determine whether it is useful to you or not by how it feels, and using your feelings as your guidance you can use it in the best way for you, to inspire and create great things (than to use it to beat oneself up lol), as with anything it has great potential to think in great ways and flow wonderful things to you

Follow up from Xio:
When I ask I want to do things or have things in perfect way, that will
depend on how I feel or how my vibration is about it? …Like for
example…Having a perfect profession, perfect soulmate, perfect house,
perfect family…I really want to have them in perfect way and of course
feel happy about having them… When I ask for something I always say. “
I want to have this but I want You help me to pick what is the best for
me”
Am I doing it right?

Yes, that’s right it’s about how you feel and your vibration about it

Oftentimes
when people set goals they say they want them a ‘certain way’, that ‘it
has to be like this otherwise I won’t be happy’, and that could include
‘perfect’ or not, but when people from their ‘humanity’ are saying that
‘it has to be like this’, they are not allowing their divinity – or the
Universe (or God or Source or Higher Self or whatever) – to create for
them as it may have so many many many other possibilities that are
available, but people can limit by saying ‘I want it THIS way’. Let go,
and trust, and line up and feel what you want so you don’t notice that
currently, in your physical perception, it’s not here on the physical
although on many other levels it is already here and has always been

Dealing with Mixed Emotions and Raising Vibration (in a Relationship)


Xio talks so much about you and she said you have been a wonderful resource.
At this point in my life I feel that I still haven’t found what I am looking for in life, I am very blessed I have a wonderful daughter who
is MY LIFE, but with my husband on the other hand I feel very empty we have
been together for almost 16 years.  I wish him the best, sometimes I feel
that I might love him but them when I am too close to him I don’t. I
don’t know what it is , I wish I could tell you. It might be too much
anger. I thought maybe through the law of attraction I can find answers
to my issues. Thank you Hemal

WORKING WITH EMOTIONS

Let’s start with them, though not in that order

In reading that, of course anger suggests that either something has happened and/or you have anger about something else and blame him.  Whatever it is is not crucial, because whatever you feel and for whatever reason you are feeling it, and you work with your experience.  When someone feels something they will also tend to see more of it (have you bought an item of clothing and started seeing all the other people that are wearing something similar? lol)- we tend to see and attract more of the same of what we are feeling.

So ask yourself, how do you feel about the relationship?  Is it worth making peace with the ‘anger’ so you can focus on more of what you want?  You see, it’s not about the relationship, it’s about doing this for yourself.  If someone leaves one relationship and does not change how they think/feel they will attract similar situations in another (or other friendships/relationships) because whilst they have moved physically, they have not changed their vibration.  So they feel ‘Why does this keep happening to me?’ or ‘What’s God/The Universe got against me for keeping on punishing me?’  It’s totally to do with vibration.

I’ve known people who have moved countries to ‘get away from things’ and because they are thinking the same things they attract similar scenarios.  And of course there are many times where this doesn’t happen either, because the new environment stimulates them differently and they don’t have the same thoughts/feelings as before, but as in all cases, the common denominator are the thoughts and feelings of the individual.

So work on the anger for yourself, and this relationship – or whatever else – will be an expression of You.

Ask yourself does the anger hold any purpose?  When we get the learnings from a situation we tend to feel better and better about letting it go (the emotions) and moving on.  Actions are not necessary, changing our feelings is the most important (and actions can come as a consequence of that), but for many people having conscious learnings helps them to ‘let go’. 

So someone might say ‘If I could say "No" rather than saying ‘Yes’ all the time I’d feel I don’t need to have the emotion (whatever it might be) to protect me‘.  So if they have the learnings (in this case to be able to say ‘No’) they can let go of the emotion, which is the most important thing.

So ask yourself, ‘What do I need to think, feel, do so I can let go of the emotions?  I know that when I make peace with the present, when I soothe the emotions, when I feel ‘less bad’, when I feel ‘better’, I know that then not only am I feeling better but I know that I am more in harmony with the rest of the universe in supporting me with what I want’

When the universe is in harmony with you things will orchestrate themselves, things even beyond man-made laws and what you may think it’s possible, things will happen which you didn’t expect, things will surprise you, maybe people will say things to your certain way, or some things will happen, these will be things even beyond what you can consciously imagine and it’s not your job to figure out the ‘how’

RAISING VIBRATION

These both seem quite similar in that they suggest an absence of certain feelings; good feelings, things that excite you, things that make you feel alive, things to move towards, etc.

There are many ways to feel better about things, firstly it starts with making peace with the present, making peace with the Now, which we touched on in the previous section.  Sometimes it is not easy to think about ‘feeling good’ until we have dealt with feeling ‘less bad’ and making peace with the Now, and then comes a point when we have to focus on ‘feeling good’ so as to get our attention off the ‘feeling less bad’ we were moving on from.  So for now, let’s assume that that has been done,

So, ways to feel better can include:

-Think back to times when you DID feel good about your husband, when you were excited, when there were many things happening and you were looking forward to what was ahead.  Not necessarily because you want to make this relationship work (or not) but because you are looking for things that felt good, that is the only criteria in this

-Think about the aspects that you don’t think your husband is reflecting at the moment – let that be an indication of the aspects that you’re not focusing on WITHIN YOURSELF.  Start thinking and practising the thought of having those aspects in your life

So for example if you say you don’t feel loved, practice on how it feels to be loved.  When you change how you feel about yourself you change how others feel about you too and either you will draw those aspects from those people or you will attract people will reflect those aspects to you, at the end of the day everything you attract is a reflection

-Think about what the future might hold, or I don’t know what your choices will be in terms of the relationship with your husband in the future, but think about a relationship you are in in the future and how it feels, how is it to have the things that you want.  Again, this is just another way of practising thoughts that feel nice.  You are just using the frame of having something in the future as a way of allowing yourself to feel things a certain way. You could imagine it now, you can imagine it in a relationship in the past – it doesn’t matter – the most important thing is that your attention is on things that you WANT

-You can make a list of the things missing right now, whether in your life or in a certain relationship, and use that to identify what you DO want, and then practice feeling as if you would have them, feeling FROM having them

When you have lined up vibrationally you will not pay attention to the things that you used to, you will start to see things in a different way, you will see others differently in time, you will start to see the qualities of what you want in your experience, and that in itself will attract more of the same (Law of Attraction).  You will not be attracted to the same types of interactions as before, because the interactions that you are attracted to will be more in harmony with what you want from your new vibrational persepctive.

HOW YOU KNOW…

A wonderful example of this is:
-I am very blessed I have a wonderful daughter who
is MY LIFE

Notice how that statement feels compared to everything else (the previous statements for example), there’s a certain lightness, a certain light, easy – perhaps fun – feeling, a very different vibration.  You know that there is no ’empty’ feeling here.  This feeling is very very easy and very natural to you, you are working on getting your vibration about other things to this sort of place.

Another way of describing this vibration is ‘pure’ i.e. it is not contradicted, what I mean by that is it is not mixed, there is no doubt, it is very clean and pure and you know EXACTLY how it feels – by how it feels – and there is no doubt, and when you talk about it to others they feel it too.

Love & Appreciation

When one is celebrating and appreciating they cannot be complaining or looking at lack, it is a totally different vibration and different on the vibrational scale.

If you look at the things you like or love in a person and have your attention on that it is harder to think of the things you don’t, and from that place of love and appreciation it grows, not just for that person but for everything else.  You appreciate another thing, and another, and another, and another, and it grows and grows, you start finding things happening, little coincidences, people calling you up to say hi, or people smiling at you or being friendly, or making new friends, or chance encounters, or little things that tell you that the universe is reciprocating your appreciation and love.

For you cannot have appreciation and love without attracting more of the same.  So at first whilst it started by focusing on appreciating some qualities, it has expanded to so much more, and given you real life physical evidence to appreciate.  It started with you placing thought and feeling first, by having faith and trust, and unconditionally holding that thought, saying that ‘I will hold myself to this not because it has to be in my physical reality but that it feels good and I love being here’ and with no resistance about it having to be in your physical reality, and just feeling good about it, it happens so easily around you.

And through your own connection you inspire others, they love being around you because ‘it just feels nice’, they feel inspired, and they may not be consciously thinking about things but they find themselves appreciating others a bit better, loving a bit more, being a bit more patient, being from a place of gratitude, from love, perhaps even loving themselves more, and they may not even be thinking about it, but they’re just feeling good as a result of the contact with you…all because you started out on focusing on some nice qualities…..

The Power of what you WANT in your Creation Process

So if you’re intending to use Law of Attraction to attract ‘more of the same’, it helps if you’re thinking of….

What You Want

The Universe (and your mind) doesn’t work by exclusion it works by INCLUSION, so you don’t think of the things you don’t want, you THINK OF THE THINGS YOU DO WANT.  If I said to you don’t think of a blue elephant in a pink tree, you had to think about it to ‘not’ think about it didn’t you?  The Universe (and the mind) cannot ‘exclude’ anything you give it, so think of what you want.

Whenever you think about something, whether it is something you want or don’t want, your vibration will reflect that.  The Universe works by inclusion, by what you include in your thoughts and vibration, whether it be something you want or don’t want, it will match your vibration of whatever you are thinking about.

So, you don’t say "I don’t want this, I don’t want this, I don’t want this" etc, you say "I want this, I want this, I want this, this and this and this, and oh this would be so nice" and so on, and practice the habit of doing that, of thinking of WHAT YOU WANT, and Law of Attraction – ‘Universal Manager’, God, Source, or whatever you want to call it – will take care of the rest.

It’s like the dating game, now we’ve heard people say "But (what a fine start that is lol, you know after a ‘But’ you’re going to get something that’s not wanted) I don’t want this and don’t want this and this, oh no, can’t have that," and we say yes, but WHAT DO YOU WANT?  As you focus on what you want, and not contradict it (with ‘don’t want that’) you attract more thoughts like it and more experiences like it and the momentum is in that direction, that IS the Law of Attraction – you attract more of the same.

So you might meet someone who doesn’t quite ‘fit’ in every way and so you say "Oh this Law of Attraction doesn’t work, I got this this and this and this and this but I didn’t get this, it just doesn’t work" so you get back onto it and tweak and adjust to what you DO want. That’s what life was meant to be, a continual never-ending stream, ‘you never get it wrong’…

The Process that is Life

You have experiences…
Including things that give you an indication of what you don’t like
Desires are born from those experiences, which initially you’re not vibrationally aligned to what you want as at that stage they are usually about what you don’t want….
These create your preferences for what you DO want.  That’s why it’s called ‘contrast’, it is giving you perspective to make choices for what you DO want
And then it’s your job to get up to speed with what you DO want, by thinking thoughts, feelings FROM that place and being and living from it, vibrationally at least….
And the actions will be inspired as a consequence of that, you will be at the right time right place or will do something that later brings it to you, far beyond what you may consciously have be able to plan…

So….you will have acquired that which you want
Thus creating a new vibrational platform for new desires, there will be new things you don’t like and like before, from this new perspective more preferences will be made and desires set…
You will line up to these desires too just as before…
And you will acquire these
And so on….

Your Real Journey

Now whilst it may seem it was about ‘acquiring’ and ‘having’, your real journey has been the process you have been going through in having desires and lining up to them, that will have been a journey in itself for you and on a vibrational level you will have expanded, as will the Universe through your expansion.

You are Always Creating New Platforms, New Perspectives

So, you have desires and it’s your job to line up with those desires with your thoughts and emotions and that creates a new vibrational platform from which there will be new perspectives and choices and vantage points that weren’t there before.  Don’t you think when you make your first million you will see things a bit differently?  It’ll be a new perspective, a new platform?  With new desires and preferences emanating from you?

Or when you have your soulmate?  Or when you have your body how you want it?  And you will have new desires from there that you couldn’t have had before because this is a new perspective and you will have new things to line up to, and it continues, and that’s what life and the creation process is meant to be about.  It’s not ‘Oh I’ve made it, now I don’t need to do anything ever again.’  Your purpose here on the physical IS the creation process, the universe WANTS you to expand to your desires and it expands in the process too, you are meant to have desires.  When you don’t you will find there is not a lot of energy or life flowing (isn’t there a statistic that when many people stop working and they don’t have things to look forward to or do that their life expectancy isn’t so high?). Your purpose in life is joy, the details of that is up to you, you have freewill and choice in that.  Your desires and wants are what flows life through you

Milk the Feelings of What you Want

Going back to the title of this post, focus on the things you want and you like, pick them out, like a shopping catalogue.  So if you have people around you whose company you are not enjoying, pick out the things you like about them, or if that’s not easy, pick out the things in your life you are liking, and build from there (it will grow and grow, when you think a thought and hold it you attract more of the same).

If you are in a job  you don’t enjoy, find the aspect you DO like, or once liked or what was so good for you at some point, perhaps it provided money at a time you needed work?  This appreciation will be different to a vibration of lack.

As you pick out things you like, do focus on them, play with them, use your imagination, play games with them.  When you have the money in the bank that you want what will you buy?  And what will it be like? Milk those thoughts for emotional and vibrational value.  FEEL them.  When you make the most of the now, even in just your thoughts and feelings and without changing anything or anyone around you, all sorts of possibilities open up….

Don’t Focus On The “Who” Or The “How” Only On The “What”

Here we go….

Whenever you are working to be, do and have the things in life that you want, all you should focus on is what you want and three special words: Abundance, Clarity and Well-being. It is not your job to worry about how you will get what you want or who is going to bring it to you. Your focus needs to be on defining what you want, believing that it is yours to have and allowing it to flow to you. I know that to some, this sounds way out there, but at any level, this is all you need to get what you desire.

When you add to what you desire the additional desire to have abundance, clarity and well-being in your life, you are asking to manifest the tools that you need to create your own life. If you desire a new career and you focus on receiving clarity in your life, you will begin to see opportunities where there had been none. You will see people in a new light and you will attract circumstances and people who are beneficial in reaching your goals.

When you desire wealth and you focus on abundance, you will see more than just dollars in your account. You will see everything you want is on sale, coupons, free items, you may win the lottery, you will sense satisfaction with what you already have. These are signs of abundance.

When you desire health and you focus on well-being. You will see your relationships improve, your health regenerate and your awareness of your body and mind increase.

All of this happens by naming it and claiming it with the power of belief and clarity of what you want.

In understanding this law of attraction, there is something else you need to understand. You are only able to attract into your life, that which is like you. You can not will another to you. You can not apply this law to a specific person. If you do and they come it is only because they were on the same level of attraction. I can’t want Brad Pitt, believe he is mine for the having and know that he is on his way. I can; however, desire my soul mate, identify his qualities and know that he is on his way and with the belief that I am abundant, have clarity and well-being, know that I will have what it takes to recognize when he presents himself.

If you set your sights on a person and spend time desiring that person and they do not respond, you are misfocused. If you only allow the possibility that the person you identified is the only thing that you “want”, you are off base. You need to redefine your wanting.

I often use a simple term when I am working out what I want. I simply say “this or something better”. This is my out for knowing that I am not nearly as smart as the universe and therefore in my infinite unwisdom, may think I have it all figured out, but clearly, I do not. So, I always add “this or something better” This, coupled with the moment by moment desire for abundance, clarity and well-being means that I can’t go wrong. I have not made the wanting an all or nothing scenario.

See, if I did the all or nothing scenario, I would only be focused on the “how” or the “who”. I can not truly know the number of ways to achieve what I desire, so by putting out there that I am willing to receive that which I hadn’t even considered (but that may be more fabulous than what I thought I wanted) I am setting the stage for the universe to have a field day in bringing me some great stuff.

Remember Garth Brooks’ song Thank God For Unanswered Prayers? That is an example of the universe knowing better than you.

It is hard in the middle of a tragedy to believe that there is something better. The death of a loved one, a divorce, the loss of a friend or any loss seems unbearable and it seems that no good can come from it. I know that for me, it has brought something good.

Sometimes it is a lesson that makes you better the next time around. Especially in love.

So, for tonight I say this: I desire with all my heart a connection with the universe that allows me clarity, abundance and well-being. In my request, I desire to use that clarity, well-being and abundance to expand myself and the universe in a positive way. I know that all I want is mine to have and that all that I want is here and on its way to me. I deserve the things that I want because I am fabulous and I use my fabulousness to make others fabulous. I desire to connect with people who share the same interests and values as I do and I seek to allow others to be who they desire. I desire to go forth into the world looking for only that which makes me happy. This or something better……





Using ‘the secret’ that is the Law of Attraction IN YOUR LIFE

Firstly, there is no secret.  The Law of Attraction, and the answers to it have always been available to you based on your vibrational asking (more on that later), think of it as it’s always been, and is, ‘When the student is ready, the teacher appears’, whenever you’ve been ready – vibrationally, for anything, it has appeared; it’s Law.  No exceptions.

There is also no coincidence you are reading this article right now.  You always attract what you are a vibrational match to.

Recently there has been quite an ‘awakening’ and the term ‘Law of Attraction’ has become popularised for all sorts of things.  I’d suggest focusing on the essence and the spirit and the ‘energy flow’ than the terms that are being offered to you.  This information has always been, and always will be available to you, regardless of any hype, as you will be able to attract it in the best way into your life.  You do not have to go to only one source for ‘THE’ way, the universe will provide as many perspectives as you ask and are open to.  What you should trust is your own guidance and intuition and what you feel drawn to.

WHY USE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?

Using the Law of Attraction puts you in harmony with the Universe (or ‘God’ or Source or whatever term you want to use).  The Universe expands THROUGH you.  When you have a goal or desire and you grow through attaining it, the Universes expands through you.  It wants you to want what you want (they are also its wants too) and to flow desire and energy towards it, and it will match your energy (vibration) to it, you will attract whatever you are a vibrational match to.

The universal stream that flows through everything and everyone is everywhere, it’s the universal organising principle in the universe, it organises through vibration, your choice is whether you want to deliberately be lined up with it or not, and this is how in your harmony with ‘All-That-Is’ you experience synchronicities and being in ‘the flow’.

The Universe has infinite solutions, but you have to ask for solutions, not problems.  Whatever you focus on expands, whether it be problems or solutions.  The solutions can be as grand as you like, that’s in your choosing, the universe is abundant and infinite in orchestrating the answers.  What are you willing to conceive for yourself?

Inside EVERY desire there is the mechanics for its fulfillment, much like in every seed there is a tree (or many trees!)  You do not have to think about the ‘how’, you just have to focus on your desire and get in harmony with it, and live FROM having it – vibrational alignment with it – feel what it is like to have it in your reality, and live from that place.  The Universe will orchestrate the ‘how’, you’ll be in the right place at the right time, you’ll get the ideas and inspiration, you’ll happen to bump into someone that will mention something in relation to what you want or you’ll catch a TV programme or an article and it’s just what you were looking for at that moment in time – there is no limit to the solutions.  If you think you ‘missed out’ on taking action on something, just keep your attention on what you’re wanting than on the fact you ‘think’ you didn’t do something right (hey weren’t you meant to put aside figuring out the how and just CONCENTRATE ON YOUR DESIRE?), focus on your vibrational alignment and the Universe will orchestrate chance after chance after chance after chance, and so on….

Limitation and scarcity, and competition (as a result of the perception of limitation and scarcity usually), are concepts in the human model of thinking not in the Universe’s, the Universe deals in abundance, limitlessness, infiniteness, expression, creativity, harmony, flow, expansion, and much much more.  It’s not about ‘undoing’, because you can never really ‘un-do’ something as you have new eyes and experience as a result of it, you can never look back on a same situation as you’ll have new eyes and will have expanded as a result of it, it’s about expanding from your present moment, and there are no limits on that at all, all possibilities are open, other than those you close with your perceptions.

WHAT IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?

Everything in the universe is vibrating on a quantum level (an even more minute level than the atomic level) at varying degrees, but it is vibrating so fast that things appear solid, such as rocks, trees, people etc.  Do you remember being told when you’re at the cinema and watching a movie that it’s not actually a ‘movie’ but a series of frames being flashed in quick succession, 24 per second, that make it appear like a ‘movie’?  Well that’s what the whole universe is like in that everything is vibrating on a deeper level.  It’s vibrating so quickly that it appears solid at varying levels.  As mentioned, even solid matter such as trees and rocks and people, AND THOUGHT are vibrating, at varying levels.

Your thoughts are magnetic, everything is magnetic on a vibrational level. The Law of attraction states that ‘like attracts like’.

Your senses are interpreting vibration and re-presenting
it to yourself in what you perceive and experience through your senses,
and the things you perceive are always in proximity to your vibration –
you don’t experience something you are not close to vibrationally –
like attracts like.

Other analogies of Law of Attraction include:

Birds of a feather flock together
-What you sow is what you reap
-As with-in so with-out

All thoughts have a vibration.  So if you are saying ‘I don’t want to be poor’, your mind has to think of ‘not poor’, i.e. it has to internally represent ‘poor’ and thus resonate with that vibration.  Don’t think of a blue elephant in a yellow tree – your mind had to represent it internally.  Thus it had to think of it to ‘not’ consider it.  You can’t not think of something, your neurology cannot process a negative, it can’t ‘not’ think of something without actually thinking of it!  So focus on what you WANT than on what you don’t want, resonate with the vibration of what you want than of what you don’t want, you will know you are as what you want will feel good and what you don’t won’t.

So what happens if you’re looking for money, wealth and prosperity and your attention is on having ‘enough’ money and ‘getting by’?  Do they sound vibrational matches?  Most probably not.  It’s not the words you use but the vibration, the feelings, behind the words that are important, but generally most people’s interpretations of prosperity and ‘getting by’, for example, are very different and probably contradictory.

Hence in those scenarios the more you ‘try’ the further away you get because you’re reinforcing the absence of money than the presence of it.  There will be some tips later on getting vibrational alignment with it.

Everything you want IS around you, all possibilities exist, it’s about aligning your thoughts and vibration and letting it into your reality.  It’s like being in a boat in the ocean and asking for water…and looking at the boat and not what’s around (or what you are looking for) and asking for water and…looking at the boat….

When you line your vibration up with what you want you are changing the probabilities of what you want to happen.  There is a probability for everything – everything has a possibility – you affect it with your vibration

You’ve always been ‘using’ the Law of Attraction, whether you’ve been aware of it or understood it or not, much like gravity.  You can’t not use it whilst you’re in the physical universe, it’s just whether you’ve been using it consciously and deliberately or not.

 

HOW YOUR THOUGHTS MANIFEST ON THE PHYSICAL LEVEL

As you think a thought and don’t contradict it (such as you think of money but don’t dwell on the absence of money), and hold it momentarily you will attract another thought, and another thought, and another, and another, and so on, and you will soon have gathered a cluster of thoughts.  Soon enough they will become your dominant thinking on that subject and they will manifest in your physical reality

The key thing is whatever you put out you get back – however it’s not necessarily about what actions you put out, it’s about the vibration you put out, or in that case the vibration about the action, it’s the energy behind the action than the action itself.

Some people talk about taking certain actions, such as clutter clearing, tithing, etc to attract abundance.  Some people attract it, some don’t.  The difference is in the intent and vibration ABOUT what they do.  Some people tithe because they’ve heard that’s how you attract more money and they ‘need money’, whereas others do it because THEY HAVE THE FEELING they have MORE THAN ENOUGH and are passing what they have onto others, they are continuing the flow.  These people may have relatively little but it’s about the perception, THE FEELING that they have plenty, which attracts more of the same, that they have ‘plenty’.

7 WAYS TO USE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Many other posts on my blog will go into more detail and provide examples on Manifesting and using the Law of Attraction but here are some quick tips on using it in your life.  There are an unlimited number of ways you can use it as thought and vibration are fluid and malleable, and your willingness to play with your imagination is one of the factors in your ‘success‘

My Manifesting and Law of Attraction 101 post covers 101 points on various things about manifesting and Law of Attraction, including various aspects of attracting and ways of thinking.  Other favourites include a post I wrote on How I Manifested my Car by Lining up to it Vibrationally and 10 Thoughts on Abundance.

The main purpose is putting your attention on the aspects of having what you want, essentially the FEELING of it being in your life, and not contradicting it with the absence – or perception of lack – of it.  And that’s all it is, a perception.  Your job is to practice seeing and FEELING what you want here, so that you can draw it into your reality.

 

1 – Spend some time contemplating it, imagine it in your life, how would it feel?  What would you do, be, have?  What would your day be like?  Most importantly, HOW WOULD IT FEEL?  Live FROM this feeling place.  Get as specific and as detailed as you can (the specifics flow energy) WHILST feeling good.

If at any point you feel any emotional discomfort because you are not sure about it, your beliefs are not fully lined up yet, adjust what you are thinking so it feels great again and carry on from there.  Keep practicing these good feeling thoughts.

Create scenarios, frames and games to use your imagination.  Imagine a friend has given you an unlimited credit card, imagine you can go out and spend whatever you like and buy whatever you like, what would you get?  What would you do?  How does that FEEL?

 

2 – When you line up emotionally to what you want, you will be inspired to take actions.  If they are from a place of joy then they will be the ‘right’ actions and actually the quickest route to where you want to go.  Even if in the short term it appears to have ‘failed’, if it was from a place of joy then whatever you were to gain from it you did, despite it appearing not to have succeeded, and it was a quicker route than others you might have thought rationally or logically.

The best feeling (inspired) actions are the quickest path to where you want to go, they are the impulses from the Universe guiding you on the right things to do.  There are an infinite number of ways to get to where you want to go.

 

3 – With all the processes, games and visualisation, MILK THEM.  It’s not just about doing them, but you’re using them to flow energy.  So when you write the things you buy or do, write descriptively, FEEL the emotions, live it, make it real.  How would it feel right now?  What else?  What else?  Milk the emotions from it.  That’s what manifesting is meant to be about, the energy flow.  The goals and desires are your tools in doing that

Say ‘Wouldn’t it be nice if…’ or ‘What if…’ and imagine scenarios of what you’d like to happen, play with this, daydream

 

4 – Get used to how things FEEL.  For example when you make a list of goals or thoughts, notice how they feel.  Get used to focusing or working with goals or desires such that they feel better and better.  You don’t have to ‘change’ something, it’s about what aspects of it you focus on that bring out the best feelings in you.  You could be in a relationship with someone and whilst the person may not change, you can take responsibility and choose what aspects of that person you are going to put your attention on, and which you aren’t.  Whatever you focus on expands.  And consequently that relationship will change anyway.

Keep practicing better and better feeling thoughts, they are an indication of your improving vibration on the subject (see the diagram below)

 

5 – Appreciate, love the things you have in your life currently.  Make peace with the NowNo matter what you may think of your future, it is always being attracted FROM your Now, that is your point of attraction.

Practice focusing on things (no matter how small) that you know you appreciate.  That will allow you to have thoughts about other things that you appreciate, and so on.  The vibration of appreciation and love is very high and if this is your state of being it is a very ‘attractive’ place to be.  You can also look to appreciate things in what you are looking to attract (but don’t get yourself into ‘why is it not here, why is it not here’ type thinking, that’s not very ‘attractive’, so don’t focus on the absence of it but on what you LIKE about what you are attracting)

 

6 – Writing is a great focuser and makes you focus on what you are writing/thinking about, all your attention is on it.

 

7 – Focus on the above about the POSITIVE ASPECTS of what you want, use them to feel good.  It ‘s always been about the energy you summon from the goal, and the positive aspects summon positive energy flow.  Your indication of that will be by how you feel.

Remember to practice the thinking on what you want because you enjoy it rather than because you ‘need’ what you are thinking of – if you ‘need’ something, thinking from that place (yearning, pining etc) is a different vibration – it’s from a place of absence, from lack, than a vibration of HAVING, BEING, DOING it

As you practice the thoughts of what you want this will become more and more dominant in your vibration and you will find it easier to do it, and you can keep striving for better feeling thoughts.  So as you’re getting familiar with some good feeling thoughts, better feeling thoughts will become more and more accessible

The diagram below illustrates this, as you raise your vibration through feeling better and better you will have access to thoughts (including ideas and inspiration) you didn’t have access to previously.

Q & A

Is there pre-destination or freewill?

You are attracting through your vibration and have freedom to alter your vibration through your thoughts

But are some things pre-destined and I can’t change them?

If you believe that, yes  😉

The universe is vibrational and malleable

For some things you may have set things in motion energetically and it may not be easy to reverse the momentum as it is/has manifested on the physical level, but that’s a moot point as it’s not your part to figure out, you always put yourself in vibrational harmony with what you want and let the Universe orchestrate it.
Let the universe deal with the mechanics of it and the how, you deal with the vibration.  That was the deal before you came here.

Sometimes my goal feels uncomfortable, why is that?

Whenever you have an experience and desire shoots
forth from it you are likely to not be in alignment with it (otherwise you’d have it), so there is a difference between your desire
and belief, this is what feels uncomfortable and is represented by the
discord in your emotions.  The discord represents the difference between the desire and the belief.  Feeling good is when they are lined up, and you have vibrational alignment.

The solution (to discord) is to use the above processes and practice feeling (good) from what you want.

You can also use what I call ‘softening’ statements (a topic in and of itself and there are examples in other posts on this blog) such as:
-‘I may not have what I want but I know it’s on its way’
-‘The Universe is infinitely abundant in its solutions and I know it’s making it happen’
-‘This (goal) and much more is on its way’
-‘If I had this goal it would feel like….’

There is no fixed answer to softening statements as
it depends on your goal, your belief about it and the discord (if any)
you are experiencing, it’s all relative, you’re just using these
statements to sooth the discord and resistance and ‘bridging’ between desire and belief to
focus on the good feelings about it and letting them grow and grow and
grow.

Why hasn’t what I wanted happened?

There is a buffer of time from your thoughts to the manifestation of them.  If it was instantaneous you would be literally attracting everything you thought.

Having said that the universe IS infinite and abundant in its resources (for anything) and in orchestrating the solutions and answers.

Consider:

1 – How strong is your desire about what you want, i.e. your emotions, is it just a passing fancy or is there a real powerful desire?
2 – Are your thoughts ‘pure’ about what you want, are you contradicting the good feeling thoughts with other thoughts?  Pure thoughts, i.e. not contradicted, are powerful in attracting what you want and they quickly build and attract more of the same

 

CONCLUSION

This is
just a taster for what’s ‘out there’, and the irony is that as you learn the
‘out there’ you discover that it’s always been ‘here’ and you are just letting
it reveal itself (and ‘you’) to you  😉

So
remember, there is no ‘secret’ with the Law of Attraction, the universe is
ready to reveal itself to you, just waiting for you to ask, and to line up with your asking….



 

 



What if ‘The Universe isn’t responding’?

I read your blog, by the way congratulations on it; it was very helpful for me.
I’m writing to you because I would like to ask you for some advice on how to apply the secret correctly when I feel like the universe isn’t responding.
My situation is the following, I’m from Colombia but I lived in London for 6 years, last April my visa run out so I had to leave the country. Since I came back from London I haven’t found any job, I’m talking about 10 months by now.
To begin this new year, I decided to focus all my energy on going back to London to work, that’s what I really want in my life. I love London!
In January I heard about The Secret so I got the film and I have watched it few times. I have been applying what the people on the video have advised.
My problem is that sometimes I feel like I’m giving up, I try to keep positive all the time but I get so frustrated because I don’t see any changes in my life. I contacted my old employer in London regarding to a job possibility but I haven’t got any answer from him, that’s what makes me so sad.
My question is what can I do while I feel like the universe isn’t responding?

REPLY:
Normally one feels things aren’t happening or ‘the universe isn’t responding’ when:

1 – The desire (for what the person wants) isn’t so strong and the energy isn’t flowing so much, eg when they only have a passing fancy for what they say they want, that doesn’t seem to be the case in your scenario
2 – The person is feeling ‘not good’ (resistance) and that is resisting what energy they are flowing, they are not ‘allowing’ or ‘letting it in’.  The have done the Asking through their desire, but they’re not in vibrational harmony with what they want to let it enter their life.  It’s like someone can ask for money, but then they’re not lined up to it if their thoughts and feelings are on the lack or absence of money

Usually for most people it’s the latter of the two.

By getting yourself to a good feeling place, flowing desire and good feelings about what you want (number 1 above), that will deal with the second one too, because if you are feeling good you are ‘allowing’ what you want into your life and not resisting it through bad feelings.

Also do bear in mind that sometimes once you have lined up vibrationally it can take a moment for things to manifest on the physical level, there can be a ‘buffer of time’, however I would focus on what you want than on time or anything else, because if someone starts thinking about the time element they are taking their attention off what they want (and onto time, which is not something they need to think about, the timing and orchestration is the universe’s job)!  It’s important to focus on what you want and let the universe orchestrate the rest, remember it is abundant, infinite, and is pure potential waiting to manifest.

There are many ways to work on the feeling good, there are many processes around, many of which you might be familiar with, I’ll go through some in a moment.

Something else to bear in mind, when someone is working on a goal or outcome for a period of time and then it doesn’t happen, they sometimes compound any resistance towards the goal with resistance ABOUT not getting the goal.  So not only thoughts about the goal, but thoughts about not having the goal yet and in the time or way they wanted are added to it, and then time and other factors can add resistance to their original thoughts about the goal. 

It’s like someone not attracting money, on a vibrational level there will be resistance, but after a while not only might they have their original resistance but also resistance about not having the money in the time/way they thought/expected, which adds to whatever was there before.  And then the subject can become more uncomfortable, which is not required at all.

The solution is to focus on what you like about the goal, and what
feels good about it, what you want, what you desire, what you
appreciate/love about it, etc.  And then build and build and build on it.  Practice the thought of it happening and via Law of Attraction it will attract more thoughts of the same and the vibration will get stronger.  It will become your dominant thought/vibration on the subject and will draw it’s physical equivalent to you.

So the important thing is not to pressure yourself about it (thus not bringing that into your vibration), but instead focus on how it would be to have what you want.  Remember as a child when you’d play a game and you’d be SO focused on the game that time just flew by?  Yet if you thought about the time and how quickly it was going you perhaps wouldn’t enjoy the game as much?  Play the games of enjoying your Now.  Time is a human concept, not a universe one, the universe (and what you want) will orchestrate itself in the best way regardless of human perceptions, and the fastest way to what you want is through powerful good feelings about what you want, you are then in harmony with the universe and All-That-Is

Do know that your desires are the universe’s desires, the universe is acting THROUGH you, so know that what you want is absolutely fine!  The universe WANTS that for you!  Otherwise it wouldn’t feel good!  It speaks to you through your emotions!  It WANTS you to create what you want.

So you have perhaps built some resistance about the subject as a result of what has or hasn’t happened, so you could say some things to yourself, starting off gently around where you are, and building it –

-Well, I know this maybe hasn’t worked out how I’d have expected or wanted, but I know the universe works in great ways
-I do know that the universe is abundant and infinite, and that it can deliver me what I want
-I’m sure there are so many places in London that would love me to work with them, and places I’d love to work too
-The Universe, or Law of Attraction, is like a Universal Manager, it’s got everyone’s phone numbers and addresses and it can orchestrate everything.  It can match me up with someone who is looking for someone just like me
– There are bound to be people out there looking for someone like me just as much as I’m wanting to be working with them
– I know I bring wonderful qualities, and people would just love to work with me
– I know things can happen magically, I could be led to just the right place or person or website which leads me to what I’m wanting, or they could be led to me, or both
(the latter is always the case, it’s always a co-creative vibrational rendezvous)
-I know that it can do all this and more, and the way I do it is by lining up my vibration through my emotions and feelings
-I know that if I get excited about what I want, it’s coming to me, it’s getting closer and closer and it’ll manifest on the physical, and maybe even surprise me as I won’t be thinking about it because I’ll be so busy feeling good and in the present moment

Now ask yourself, when you’re in London….

-Where would you be staying?  What would it be like? 
-What sort of work will you be working?  What would you be doing?
-How would it be to see the friends you have in London?  And the friends you’ll make?  What will it be like?
-What other things might happen that you haven’t even thought about, all those wonderful things you’ll experience which you don’t yet even know you will?
-And how will it be to living the life in London, and with all that visa thing in the past because you know you’ve got it and it’s all secure and safe and you know you’re in London?
-Now imagine that for a while, imagine your life in London, doing the things you do, with the people you’re with, the places, (the weather!), and everything else, allow yourself to daydream about it and allow your thoughts to wander, about your life in London.

Allow yourself to get very very excited, let the wave of that emotion carry you, compel you, inspire you.  Let it compel the actions you take, which will be as a consequence of how you feel, how unstoppable the momentum is.

It can initially start as a trickle and you don’t have to force it, each thought will attract more of the same if you keep your attention on it.  It’s like when you daydream and the thoughts attract more and more thoughts, it’s so easy as it’s a natural process, and it’s easy because it feels so good and you love to think about things that feel so good.

As you think and feel the thoughts more and more, by virtue of Law of Attraction, they will attract more thoughts and feelings of the same, and they build and build and build and build, and they manifest on the physical level.  By Law, you attract the vibrational match of your thoughts, and if they’re dominantly on you having been living your life in London….

And remember not to give yourself a hard time about it, the how will it happen, when will it happen, be so fixated on how good it feels (the thoughts you create and feel), and you loving how good it feels.  The paradox is feeling how good it feels such that what happens on the physical level doesn’t matter because you’re feeling so good, and ironically that is the vibration that will manifest it on the physical level!  Because you won’t have resistance about it not happening, and you’ll be feeling good about it happening  🙂

You Always get what you Ask for

A few thoughts for stimulation,

  • Everything that you have Asked for is ready and waiting for you and ‘all’ you have to do is let it in.  Through your decisions and preferences you have already (vibrationally) stated what you want, the universe has heard you, just need to let it in by getting yourself to a feeling place in line with what you want so that you are a vibrational match and it can enter your life.  ‘I don’t want to be broke’ stimulates desire and preferences, you need to line up with ‘I have money, lots of it, it flows easily to me, the universe is abundant’ etc to resonate with that reality

  • The universe is a vibrational one, it does not make exceptions for you, it doesn’t not give you what you want just because it’s you  lol, you can manifest what you want as much as anyone else can.  But what if others want ‘the same thing’?  You have to remember it is an abundant universe and has the resources to give you what you want and everyone else what they want and more.  It can bake more than enough pies for all.

For everyone that wants to be a singer, an audience is waiting.  For
everyone that wants to write a book, readers are waiting.  For everyone
that wants to fall in love, there is someone waiting to fall in love
with them.  For everyone that has a desire for a business, there are
customers waiting.  It’s the moulding of the thought and intention that
gets you to that place where you have manifested it on a physical level.

The way to get from the initial intention to being in front of the
audience or the lover or customers is through moulding and working with
the energy and expecting and seeing yourself with it, it’s lining up
your thoughts and feelings with it

  • Know that when you are Asking, and have a desire, what you want is already out there, all possible realities exist

  • The universe does not take part in contests for first, second etc – that’s a scarcity model where only so many can have what they want, the universe deals in abundance where everyone can have what they want, for they are all part of the universe and it lives through everyone

Contests and ‘competitions’ are human concepts and often based on external recognition (i.e. recognition from others), they can stimulate contrast, preferences and desire in the individual – everything serves a useful purpose.  But your most important connection is with yourself and your emotional guidance, not with others, who also have their own guidance.  You following your guidance is more powerful than working with the rest of the world, as your actions and intentions will be from a higher guidance and will consequently inspire the rest of the world through your own connection anyway

The universe does not deal in external recognition (other than your requests and preferences as a result of it), it deals with you being self referential, you being lined up, you being in connection with your Spirit (or God or Universe or You, etc).  It will give you whatever you want, based on your vibration and essences and emotions, but not in your need of recognition from others, in that case it will give you more of the same, more to need (law of attraction)

  • Focussing on your vibration will inspire you to the actions and the orchestration of the universe

The action level works your body consciousness and allows you to hone and get a precise vibration.  It’s not the action that gets you what you want but the alignment in your vibration, the action element gets you to sharpen your vibration.

When you work on your vibration you cannot not attract what you want, it is Law, and it’s quantum physics, the universe won’t make an exception for you  lol, if you’re a match for it, you’ll receive it, always

  • It’s not the goal or the picture you are visualising, that’s just
    acting as a metaphor, a tool for you to flow the energy and raise your vibration and ‘line up’, there are an
    infinite number of ways the universe can get you what you want
    , it’s
    up to you to let go of the ‘what’ and ‘how’ and allow the universe to work with its intelligence and not yours, no matter how divine you think it is   😉

Its intelligence works on many dimensions and you work WITH IT by lining yourself up vibrationally, the universe loves working through you and with you, it loves expanding and it loves you having goals and desires.  When you feel good your connection with the universe is stronger and stronger, that’s why you may notice more synchronicities around that time.  Feeling good is something you can do within, regardless of what is happening in the world, remember – self referential, not external recognition/referential, you get more of whatever you focus on



 

 



How your Dreams can be so close to you Right Now…

You’ve probably heard me say a few times about following your joy in the moment and how that is the way the Universe (or God or Source or The Stream etc etc) communicates to you.  And how that connects you to it’s infinite power, it’s Infinite Intelligence than you working things out logically and rationally. 

The ANSWERS TO YOUR DREAMS ARE AROUND YOU ALL THE TIME, yet by not following our joy or impulses and thinking our goals or dreams are further away, by not ‘allowing’ them we can find ourselves not paying attention to your guidance, within all of us, the impulses that guide us. 

Before you go to the grocery store the Universe has already determined who you will bump into and meet by the vibration that you are resonating, the Law of Attraction is a manager (it’s the organising principle in the universe) and you will meet what you are a vibrational match to, it has already determined how you might stop off along the way to do something and be delayed by just the right amount to rendezvous with your vibrational matches at the grocery store, and this can be changed by changing your intention and your focus (and thus your vibration).

The answers to your dreams are right around you  as the universe is abundant and infinite, ‘time’ and ‘steps’ and ‘action’ are human/physical concepts.  Logically and rationally you may believe you need to take step 1, then step 2, then maybe step 3 or 4 and so on.  The universe has the big picture, it’s got the map on all levels and more, it orchestrates based on vibration, not on action or steps.  By you following your impulses, by what feels good, by what feels like joy, it can get you to do something that takes you from step 1 to step 70, and then from 71 to 90 and then to 100 because it knows the routes to take – there are an infinite number of routes – it knows the paths of least resistance based on your beliefs, however that may not have formed part of your ‘action plan’ because you were following that as your guidance rather than your emotions.  It’s like you’re looking at it from one dimension, and the universe is seeing everything from a far bigger picture.  Remember as I say, the universe is not an action universe, it’s a vibrational universe.  And your job is to set your vibration and let the universe orchestrate the happenings, and for you to get out of the way of the ‘how’, at least in that it doesn’t affect your vibration.

Let’s look at an example…

Let’s say you’re starting a business and you want to print 10,000 flyers and distribute them to promote it.  But what you don’t know is the person you sit next to on the train has a business and they have over 100,000 clients of which a percentage could do with exactly what you’re offering and for the business owner it would be a value added courtesy on the part of his business to his clients to make the connection.  So on the train you might see him with a unique briefcase which might inspire you to make a comment or start a conversation, just because you’re feeling happy and you want to share and interact, not because you have any other intentions or know anything else on a conscious level, you’re just following the feel-good vibes.  So you start a conversation and he is enjoying it too (he’s a vibrational match remember, EVERYTHING in your experience is, and if you’re feeling good he’s a match to that, and if he wasn’t pleasant your joy is based on your own feelings anyway, your own connection and guidance, not because you need it to from the ‘outside’)

And so as the conversation continues you both find out about each other’s businesses and the mutually beneficial opportunities.  The business owner tells you it’s funny he bumped into you because he’d been looking for ways of adding value for his clientèle.

He also says he has been getting cold calls but they just didn’t ‘feel right’ and in bumping into you and getting to know you he feels more comfortable working with you and you both arrange to meet and discuss it further.

And it turns out that of the 100,000 clients many become long term customers of yours.

Now how would you have ‘planned’ that out?  How could you have done an ‘action plan’ for that?  I’m not saying don’t, because if that’s what you believe in then that’s what you should do (it’s about being aligned with what you believe, but also enabling your beliefs to evolve and be more free and open and ‘allowing’ too), I’m saying don’t discount the power of lining up with the power of the universe.  You don’t have to be in any groups or religions or have to be ‘in’ something, you just have to line up to it, the stream is Infinite.  You being connected to it in your empowerment is more powerful than being with any groups that aren’t connected. You don’t even have to know Law of Attraction or any other concepts or understand anything else, there are no conditions to it other than you think thoughts that feel good and line up with your joy.  Vibration is Universal, it is independent of language.  And there are an infinite number of ways and paths to where you want to go

How do you know the person you next meet won’t know a medicine or a cure for the ‘untreatable’ illness you’ve been diagnosed with, or won’t know someone that knows someone that knows your ‘soulmate’? 

If you have a vibration of something, the physical manifestation of it must take place on some level, it’s Law.  It does require you to put your focus and your dominant attention on that subject to a place where you want it to be, you have to feel FROM it, and then the Universe will orchestrate the events in your life to reflect it.  Your physical reality is a reflection of your inner reality, not the other way around

When you have Dreams and you feel your day to day reality is not in line with them

Kim: I have one primary goal that I want and I have given a lot thought about it and really love the feeling of having it, but my day-to-day work and my thoughts of work hinder me occasionally and I end up flowing upstream with thoughts. Is there a way to stay tuned in and connected all the time, no matter what?

In terms of day to day works thoughts, my thinking is along the lines of no matter how hard people may try to find good feeling places while at their day to day job, it is really hard to stay in a good mood if 1) you are not happy with your circumstances or 2) people around you are only being disruptive and are negative in their outlook. This is why I asked how can one stay connected nearly all the time and just go with the feeling of allowing.

The ‘day to day’ work is not so much an issue or doesn’t have to create discord in you, in fact you could enjoy it, when you think it’s likely not to be around forever as you’re on your way to ‘better things’ if that thought feels better to you.

The Value of Resistance and Contrast

So you are asking if there is a way to stay tuned in and connected all the time, no matter what.  I would presume that to mean not having resistance or ‘contrast’.  Realise that resistance and contrast serve functions in the manifesting process, they enable you to make preferences and choices, they fire ‘rockets of desire’, and then you line up to them.  And you have manifestations, and from those new perspectives (and contrast) you have new preferences and choices.

I’m presuming that it’s not necessarily about staying connected ‘all the time’ but about lining up and staying connected so you can manifest what you want, so let’s work with that.

Making Peace with the Present

You know that whilst you have discord about where you are currently you are not quickly getting close to where you want to be, the solution is to make peace with where you are at. 

You mention the circumstances and the people ‘disruptive and negative in their outlook’, realise that circumstances are a mirror of the vibration that has been given off and the sooner attention is put onto something else the sooner you can let new things in.  I’ll use the diagram from the previous post which illustrates this

So, let’s sooth the vibration of where things have been.
You may have thoughts around the current work such as ‘Oh, you’re getting in the way of my dreams’, ‘As soon as you go I can get on with my primary goal and dreams’ or ‘The people here are just pulling me back’ or ‘The people here are so disruptive’.  Whilst those thoughts can be understandable in the environment, you want to get at peace with that.  Because whilst your observations are on that, you’ll see more and more evidence of it and not allow evidence of you being close to all the things that you DO want.

Can you find something about your work that you can appreciate, or like?  Is there something that you ‘might’ appreciate?  Did the work come to you at a time when you needed it?  Or has helped you to pay the bills?  Realise, in your whole evolution, this work came to you at a time when it was a vibrational match for you.  You may not enjoy it or love it, and that’s ok, but you can be thankful (and I’m not suggesting you’re not).  Kind of like friends, who have known each other a while and both have evolved in their own ways and it is time to move on, and there’s no point holding grudges or ‘bad vibes’ about it.  Make peace with the current work.  If you are able to focus on thoughts about it that you appreciate then all the better.

You might say ‘How can I get at peace with it when I’m still in it?’  You make peace with it, but also realise that for wherever you want to be going, you need to make the emotional journey first, so that it can be reflected in the circumstances you experience.  The only reason this job is still around and not something else is you are a closer match to this through your attention at this moment in time.

Feeling better about the Present

If there are consistent things that keep coming up in your day to day reality that don’t feel good then:

-List them, use them to pivot to what does feel good.  Eg ‘The people I work with are very negative’, pivot it to ‘I’m going to have people around me who are inspirational and I feel energised around’ and then when that’s comfortable then into present tense such as ‘I have fantastic people around me who all contribute so positively to my life

-You can work on finding aspects that you appreciate about
those things or other things, or you could make humour of it

Realise that your present moment is on a continuum, there are things
‘better’ than it and there are things ‘worse’ than it.  Which you
compare it to will determine how you feel about where you are
currently.  It’s all about using the comparisons and thoughts to feel
good right now

-You could for example play a game that every hour (or whatever time frame) you have to find one unique thing in your day to day work that you like or appreciate.

-You could use the future processes I mention in this post where you go out to the future and you look back to now from it, realising that you GOT what you wanted, you GOT your primary goal, and where you are now was a piece in the whole orchestration of it

When you are feeling good and in the moment (and acting from joy) you’re not counting the moments, you’re not hoping or working out how soon you can have your other goals, because you are enjoying the present moment, and ironically you tend to do better and attract what you want quickly anyway.


Using your Desire to Feel Good

So let’s move onto the second part, which is perhaps more directly related to what you asked, about feeling good.  You can find things in the present work that feel good, or you can find things in your primary goal that feel good (which you are) or you can find thoughts in anything else that feel good, but just not contradict it with your thoughts about the present work, that seems to be the key in what you’re asking.  If you feel good and don’t contradict it you’ll get what you want.

If you’re getting ‘sucked’ into not feeling good from the ‘day to day work’ and you feel good about your primary goal, then practice that vibration further and further.  If your vibration is higher about it then the day to day work vibration may not have the same impact.  The way to stay connected more of the time is to practice the vibration of what you want, and as you do that it becomes more and more familiar and more ‘normal’…in fact more ‘day to day’ shall we say 😉  and the momentum (and Law of Attraction) is very firmly in that direction.  If your dominant thoughts are in a direction about what you want then that’s where the momentum is.

Spend more time focusing on what you like about it, the best aspects of it, how you’d like it to turn out, etc.  How would it feel to be in your life right now?  You will find as you have that vibration around you more and more you will notice things around you change, things in your day to day work will be different.  But, your focus is on you feeling good, not looking at the external environment for reference.  The manifestation could be close to happening – often 99% of the work is done before you see it on the physical – and by you checking for it you’re bringing that into your vibration, if there is doubt or uncertainty that comes into it, and it’s not helpful.  Your attention should be on your own thoughts and feelings about what you want than looking at others for reference, impose your intent [on the environment] through your vibration than the other way around.
