People talk so much about ‘creating’ and ‘manifesting’ that it is really about the ‘allowing’ of our spirit, our ‘magic’, which leads to our physical manifestations.
I find myself often mentioning this on the Manifesting Excellence calls (like yesterday) that it is very much the case that what we want already exists and it is about the allowing of it into physical manifestation. One of the easiest ways to manifest is to ask yourself how are you preventing the natural manifestation of what you want?
DO YOU NOT REALISE YOU ARE NATURALLY MANIFESTING *ALL THE TIME*?
You (I presume) don’t have to think twice about the manifestation of your next breath or your next meal or seeing the brilliance of daylight tomorrow. These are all very much embedded (in your beliefs and energy) as part of your world. These are very ‘normal’ to you.
That’s the thing. Many people see their manifestation as something which is ‘beyond’ normal. They almost have to skip their belief system (which believes it is beyond normal to have this thing that they want) than to actually make it feel very ‘normal’ and natural to have what they want.
They see what they want as outside of their beliefs and they go against the current and ‘hope‘ (despite their beliefs) that it will happen. Do you hope that the sun comes out tomorrow or that you’ll be able to breathe in the next minute? You don’t need to. Because you expect it.
NATURAL LAWS ARE ON YOUR SIDE!
What are your beliefs about what you want? Is it meant to be difficult? Rare? Are you going against natural laws of abundance in thinking this? Why would you want to think of what you want as rare or difficult? Why not think of it as natural and something that will naturally come into your life one way or another (let go of the how).
MAKE IT FAMILIAR AND NATURAL
Over the years I have manifested many things and when I’ve gotten what I want the way I’ve done it (and there are many ways of doing it) is by working on my beliefs (frequent thoughts) and having what I want to be very familiar and natural – in fact so familiar and natural that I pretty much don’t even have to think about it (aha, that ‘letting go’ phenomenon!)

This is a great post and really helpful. My journey into manifesting is ongoing and getting deeper and deeper and every so often I need reminding about the situation as you have done here. WE can be so hard on ourselves so often.

Great article, I especially found useful the tip that what we want is already present, we just have to allow it into physical manifestation. I often work with clients I am coaching (video marketing) who tend to put their dreams into that far away place that makes them feel that people who achieve their dreams and goals are “beyond normal.” Reminding ourselves that normal is what we make of it is helpful.

That’s a great example. People often put their dreams ‘so far away’ that they aren’t attainable for them and it requires what they would believe would be a superhuman effort (because of how they believe about the situation, and this is all just down to their beliefs and can be tweaked. Thank you for sharing the great example 🙂
Great article Hemal. I think the manifesting that Im most aware of, is when I let go, just rest and enjoy myself, not work hard at trying to manifest it. The second way that Im most aware of is when I say to myself, enoughs enough, thats it, Im not playing that game anymore, not as a way to manipulate the universe, but that Im really fed up, Im not going to do the dance with what I dont want anymore. Be it a relationship, putting up with a situation. The minute I sort of say that, within a day something has come along that is really what I want. But I wasn’t expecting it, I just didnt want the other way anymore, and I meant it. I suppose it was saying Im better than this and i deserve it to be different.
Thanks, Kate. That’s generally the best way when we ‘let go’ of it. The reason many people don’t get what they want in doing that is because their beliefs aren’t lined up, they’re not able to relax and allow what they want to happen because they either want it to happen so much (from a place of anxiety or fear) or their beliefs aren’t fully lined up about it being able to happen.
I know what you mean with the second way that you mention and I can relate to that also. My experience is that what happens is there is a focusing of energy, whether it be through the ‘determination’, commitment or whatever else we want to call it, there is a focusing and an alignment that occurs that leads to the manifestation of it.
