Are you living far less of a life than you are capable of because? Perhaps not even being aware that you are?

Saturdays Manifesting Excellence call was about “Authenticity, Self-Esteem & Self Value” as well as answering questions that had been submitted.

We often become conditioned to our mental patterns and how we see ourselves.

For example when we grow up in a family situation where we may consistently be served last or a school situation where we are treated as not intelligent or capable or if we have been in an unhealthy relationship, we can inadvertently take on notions that we are not deserving of being happy or having what we want.

This can become very ingrained within us and we have no awareness of it because we are too busy living from those paradigms to even realise them.


Self-esteem and self-value can impact:

    – Your income
    – Your relationships and friendships
    – Your health
    – Your manifesting abilities and what you allow in your life – ie your quality of living

 

We also talked about authenticity on the call.  It is about alignment in what you say and what you do, as well as in relation to the energetic aspect of who you are.

When this is NOT in alignment we experience emotional pain and lives where what we want doesn’t happen.

Amplify the good thoughts you want with positive emotion
– “I’m in a relationship and afraid of sabotaging it. I fear it not working out or me not being good  enough or pretty enough of keeping him. I really like him and I’m fighting myself with the negative and the fear…what can I do?”
– Filtering present relationships and yourself with habits from past relationships
Dulling your senses with noise from the past
Things to say to yourself to feel better about yourself and the relationship you are in
Setting outcomes and goals for yourself and the relationship into the future
Abusive relationships and the dynamics in them
– An abuser acts the way they do because they are so disconnected and out of their flow
– “I lost my work and then couldn’t find more work and went through all my money and bottomed out as an alcoholic. I have now been sober for 5 1/2 years and lost a job recently and am filled with fear. I am working on a movie and believe I have many other talents but do not know how to bring the money in. I also believe I may have blocks to money and self-worth and self-esteem are always a work in progress  for me. What can I do?”
– Turning intention to something commercially profitable

– When in fear, start making actions to get the momentum going

“You are Amazing and Divine…”

“Amazing and Divine” not in an arrogant way, but a healthy inner awareness of your magnificence and brilliance as the divine in motion through you.

We are and always have been this, no matter how much we may have tried to mask it with our doubts, fears and self-limitations.  The limitations and fears are temporary and are illusions, despite how real they may appear.  What is ‘real’ and eternal is your divinity and natural beauty.  It is constant and always has been here, ready to flow through you to your manifestations… 

 

How about living your life with the presumption that you ARE amazing and divine…with no justifications or explanations needed?

 

We often seem to feel the need to justify our grandeur but find it so easy to belittle and undermine ourselves.  Turn the tables.  Why?  Because it’s the natural flow.  How do you know?  By how you feel.  Your emotions (and intuition) are telling you what is correct and what isn’t.

There’s a reason why one feels good (your grandeur) and the other feels bad (belittling yourself).  The one that feels good is closing the gap between you and your divinity, the other is increasing the gap.  What occurs when you close the gap?  All that you have been asking for and waiting for…

- Using physical situations and conditions to define ourselves, and them being transient
- Notice the vibration/energy of when you are unkind to yourself – it implies disempowerment, such as hopelessness, despondency etc
 
- Releasing blockages to self-love/self-esteem
- Unintentionally creating an invisible 'ceiling' in your energy. Flea and elephant analogies
- What this means on a Manifesting level
- Expectation and allowing
- Living each moment with your presence
- Make a list of why you deserve or don't deserve something. Deal with what's on that list, that is what prevents the manifestation of what you want
- Self-forgiveness
- Denying others and the Universe through us not forgiving ourselves
 
Questions included about:
- Is money correlated with self-esteem?  Are they intertwined?
- Is there a way to 'test' how high or low your self-esteem is?
- How do you get around when you procrastinate or make excuses or get too busy to doing the things you adore and love and feel are your 'path'?

Top 10 List for Staying in Alignment

FROM BEING DOWN TO BEING IN YOUR FLOW

A few days ago, a friend wrote to me feeling saying that she had been in a wonderful flow and had felt that day that she had – in her words – “crashed”.  She had been feeling great, doing all sorts of things to look after herself, and then all of a sudden she felt things “fall down” all around her and she felt very, very down – down to a degree that she had hardly ever felt. 

She had been intending to become a client before this happened and is about to become one anyway.  I wrote her a message at the time which enabled her to realise how she could get herself back into her flow. 

Within days, she is buzzing and is back in her flow despite how down she was at the time.  She wrote to me this morning with a list of around 10 things that I had mentioned in my message to her which she had organised into a list.

TOP 10 LIST FOR STAYING IN ALIGNMENT

Hi Hemal,

I am going to re-read your note every day for the rest of my life! ha ha  Seriously, there are so many good points that you make there.

1. I love the idea of being “light and easy” with myself. You are right, the easier I allow myself to be, the better I feel! Do not disrupt flow…ok, got it!

(Do not beat yourself up and create resistance from your flow.  Be light and easy and gentle with yourself.  Let the energy flow, and let it build and grow.)

2. No beating self up…stay away from quicksand…excellent point!  Btw, I thought about quicksand a lot as a child…just remembered that…haha

(The languaging she was using was of “crashing” in having come out of her flow.  Understandably, due to the state that she was in at the time, she used the languaging a few times in her original message to me so I asked to her to focus instead on what she wanted (than on what was wrong, i.e. “crashing”).  It’s like quicksand – that’s the analogy I used.  The more we struggle, the more we get pulled in.  The more attention to what we don’t want, the more we ‘fight’, the more we can feel getting sucked in. 

So relax, get your attention away from that.  Don’t put your energy towards it.  Instead, be light and easy because your flow is ALWAYS there, it’s about you letting it in (and not fighting or resisting it).  You are always connected to your flow.  So relax, let it in.  Think thoughts that feel good, they are you letting in your flow.)

3. Relax and know it is ok to concentrate on “me”. I just want you to know that I never knew until a few years back that it is ok to love myself…unfortunately I think a lot of people are unaware of that. (Might make an excellent post for you in the future)

4. Get rid of unwanted thoughts by thinking of being in the “now”. Will try and just revert to breathing technique or mantra…I call on my higher self.

5. Begin thinking of one wonderful thing to appreciate and then add more to the list.

6. Good thoughts = positive flow!

7. Do things that feel genuinely good to you.

8. Do things that energetically have value for you.

(I said to her to consider the things she does, thinks and feels for their ‘energetic value’.  How do they feel?  My sense was she was getting drained because she was focusing on things which energetically didn’t feel great for her and she was ‘getting things done’ and ‘working away’ rather than being in her flow.  She focused on this, as I get my clients to do, and she felt herself driven to do things which were more compelling and had a higher ‘energetic value’ and very easily and naturally her flow came.  I got her to focus on how things felt to herself. 

I have even worked with Law of Attraction coaches in guiding them to making this a way in their lives and their businesses, love lives and many other things have skyrocketed.)

9. Allow yourself to create personal well being doing the things you love.
