Sometimes it is just about Giving Yourself Space

 

It can be easy at times to forget how breathtakingly amazing you are…

There are times when you may have confusion and much and many pulling at you.  Remember to give yourself some space.  You are of little value to yourself or others if you are out of your groove.

It is about getting yourself away from the things that are taking you out of your flow so that you can stabilise yourself, and ground yourself, and build a platform to grow from.

If you have read my Find You & You Find Everything: The Secrets to the Law Attraction book you will know that your divine nature and your ‘godliness’ is a natural aspect of you, other than when you resist it and take yourself out of your flow.

Negative emotions, doubting yourself, perceiving yourself with low self-esteem, self-chatter about what is wrong and other behaviours like those are how you resist your divinity.  If you take all that ‘stuff’ out of it, magic happens.

Whether it be about doing something different, distracting yourself, making a list and working through it – whatever it is, step away from it.  Create the space so that you can get into your flow.

 

It is not that you have to ‘create’ your flow, it’s just that you have to ‘allow’ it.

 

It’s like when you go down a slide at the playground.  You don’t have to create a slide.  You just have to reduce the resistance so you can allow something that is natural to happen.

This is the same with your flow and the manifestations you are wanting.  When you think what you do you naturally ‘allow’ that which is already yours…

You have mind blowing capabilities beyond your wildest dreams.  Allow them…

You are Amazing

 

What You Want Happens When You Live Your Now

 

Too often people complain that Law of Attraction doesn’t work or that they are not able to manifest what they want.

When I ask them some questions it quickly becomes apparent that they are wanting something that they are not energetically lined up to.

When you think about what you are wanting, are you describing it as “over there” whilst wanting it and not thinking of it as “over here”?  There is an implication in your definition of it that it is not here and it is “over there”; this is reflected energetically which perpetuates the gap between you and what you want.

 

When you are in your flow, in your groove, in ‘alignment’, you don’t think of it as being “over there”.  There is no sense of gap and oftentimes you are so in your groove there is only a sense of here and now – you are the centre point of the Universe from your perspective.

 

Think about the time when you totally loved someone.  Whether they were in your life at that moment or not, think about that time when you had a whole-body experience in feeling the emotions and so much love and appreciation for this person.  Notice how you are so full of emotion that it was timeless and space less – there is only the here and the now.

The ‘gap’ of something being “over there” often appears when someone isn’t fully happy about what is “over here”.  They are not fully at peace with the way things are or how their present is.

Make peace with the present.  This is a way of closing the gap energetically.

 

When you are truly in your flow and BEING from where you want to be, energetically, paradoxically you actually aren’t thinking about your goal (not from a ‘lackful’ perspective anyway), you are too busy enjoying your present.

 

You will know this from your own experiences.  It almost like when you don’t ‘care’ about the outcome (it’s not that you don’t care, you do value it, it’s actually that you have less anxiety and negative emotions – ‘heaviness’ – connected to it, it feels lighter), you are too busy living your now, and ironically you are the most attractive to what you want at that point anyway.

Sowing the seeds for what you want

When it Gets Hard to Trust Yourself or Know What’s Right

 

There are times in life when a lot has happened, or is happening, and we don’t know what to do.

It can be very ‘noisy’, whether with your own thoughts or with the noise from other’s opinions.

In this post I will share a couple of steps you can take in addressing this and getting more in tune with yourself.

 

1 – Quieten the Noise as Best as you Can.

Identify what your internal ‘noise’ is about if you can. What specifically are your fears, anxieties, expectations?  Sooth them.

If it’s about other’s opinions then the same here, why do their opinions matter to you?  What ‘hold’ do they have over you?  Loosen (and then remove) your perspective on that hold.

Step into your power and what you want.  Take the other person (or people) out of the equation.  It could be a parent, a partner, an ex-partner you have a child with – anyone, do not make them a reason for taking yourself out of your power, your divinity.

 

Your divnity never foresakes you. But you foresake it based on your beliefs and perspectives about yourself and your life.

 

If you feel you are in a helpless and hopeless situation you will see the helplessness and hopelessness in the situations around you and not the possibilities.  The possibilities present themselves when you change your state of consciousness.

Oftentimes we are not conscious of what is making us feel that way, but there are ALWAYS reasons for why we feel the way we do, and we do not have to feel that way (if you would like more on this, consider joining Manifesting Excellence or working one-to-one).

You will give up your power because you will believe that the situation is bigger than you are – it’s not.

 

2 – Reconnect to What you Want and Who You Are

When we get ourselves out of our flow it is usually because we are focusing on what we don’t want or what we fear.

Fears, anxieties and other negative emotions distort our natural intuition and instincts (including the solutions we require) as well as our sense of who we are and what is important to us (That’s why sometimes we make bad decisions when we are out of our flow – decisions are commensurate with our state at the time).

What is it you want?
How would you like things to be?
How will you know when you have them?
Get as specific and clear as you can.

Who are you?
What do you believe in?
What is important to you?

 

There is no situation in your life that is bigger than you are. Have you forgotten that you are the divine expressed in physical form?  What can be more powerful than that?

Step into and realise that.  Do not make something else outside of you bigger and scarier than you.  That is you creating projections – like the big shadows you would see when you were a child and would scare you.

Instead, step inwards to your own power…
To what you love…
To who you are…
To what you believe in…
Your values…
To the things that matter to you most…
The life that you want to have…
How would you like it to be? 
Why does this matter to you so much?  Step into it.  Take the steps now in making this happen…

 

Have you noticed that all the solutions above take you closer to your heart and spirit, and everything else – such as fears – take you further away from it?

Finding GENUINE Gratitude and Appreciation to Solve Problems and Manifest

Whether in personal development or spiritual circles you would have heard about using gratitude and appreciation. (I covered this in yesterday’s Manifesting Excellence call which is available as an audio in the archives by registering)

But why? And more importantly, how?

Why? Because when you focus on what you are GENUINELY grateful or appreciative of you are focusing more toward that which gives you joy and away from that which looks towards lack. It is taking you into your flow than out of it.

As you focus more of which that is pleasant you will find ‘problems’ solving themselves – because your attention and energy will become more about the solution than the problem or lack. As you build the momentum (more on this below) you will experience more and more manifestations.

If you want a bit of a deeper understanding, beyond your physical body you are energy. The energy of gratitude and appreciation – as well as ‘love’ – is towards that which you inherently are on a deeper level beyond your physical body.

If you have worked with me or read my book you will know that you as an energetic being, on a deeper level, are already aligned to that which you want – that’s right, all your manifestations are already there in energy and are ready to enter your physical life.

By you on a physical level focusing on appreciation and gratitude you are getting into alignment with the energetic – spiritual – non-physical – whatever else you want to call it – aspect of yourself.

The Mistake Many People Make

I say make sure you have GENUINE appreciation because some people do gratitude or appreciation games and ‘force’ themselves and it is not authentic. If you are not being authentic, how can you expect the Universe to be? That wouldn’t be the same energy as genuinely being appreciative or grateful for something would it? Your energy would be mixed or diluted, rather than ‘pure’.

It’s like saying to someone that you love them but not meaning it – they will know!

In the same way, the Universe knows what you are offering energetically – and whether you mean it or not.

And this is how the Law of Attraction works – when you are offering an energy, you attract more of the same – you attract energetic matches.

In this case you attract more that is a match to the frequency of gratitude and appreciation. And of course if you weren’t meaning it and were ‘mixed’ in your energy about it, your results will be mixed, if at all.

 

How to ‘do’ Gratitude & Appreciation

1 – Find what you are GENUINELY Appreciative or Grateful for

2 – Write/think about it.

Express the thankfulness – make it genuine. The key thing is FEEL the emotion – the emotion is an indicator of your energy.

3 – Write/think more! The reason for this is you want to create a MOMENTUM

Thinking one or two things is fine. But it has the momentum of your daily inner chatter to work against. You want to build a momentum with your positive work such that it affects your daily energy – that’s how you attract new things.

To attract new things offer a new energy.

As you build the momentum notice how it FEELS – that’s the key.

4 – Repeat the above steps.

What will happen is as you build the momentum it will become easier and easier. Just like when you start to get happy it is easier to be happier. Just like momentum was mentioned above about being helpful, once you have it, it will help carry you to an even stronger momentum (so long as you do not disrupt it with thoughts to the contrary).

Letting go of the form of your outcome
Attachments take up energy…in freeing them up you get to live more of your joyful present now and  see the opportunities in it and less from your past

List of clues as to attachment:
– “I need it so badly or so soon”
– “I need this”
– I need it before x time”
– “I hope this happens” (either an attachment or more-so a bit of a lack of faith/belief. Nothing wrong with ‘hope’, but guide yourself towards ‘higher’ vibrations)
– “My friends will think differently of me or not like me in the same way anymore” (eg attachment to what others think, conflicting with going after the goal)
– “I just need this goal or thing and everything will be ok” (masking a problem or situation with a goal or thing – it can work out fine, but you may be mixing the energy of the problem with the goal and hence sending out mixed signals for it)
“How could you do this to me?” (puts responsibility and attachment to another than to their own power)

When you are attached you are lowering your energy and taking away from your spirit and your divinity – you are out of manifesting frequency and inspiration of the answers you are looking for
– “Letting go” is not resignation, it is letting go of the resistance to what you want . It is “allowing” what you want. It is also allowing your divinity and your greater power
“Symbols” such as money, cars, houses and things on a physical level – away from your sense of “Self” – are transient. Your spirit knows that. And that true happiness is in your connection to your sense of Self
True wealth is finding your connection within and wealth on the outside will follow that.
– Letting go of attachment allows you to be passionate about and love what is truly important to you – In what ways are you not happy in your present right now?
– “When you let go of attachment you focus more on the joy of the moment and of the process than the outcome. You know you will be ok. You have let go of your attachment to your form and to your  wellbeing. You are eternal. You are always fine. You have let go of your attachment to the outcome also. Because you have done this you can enjoy the present moment more, and the present moment is all you have.”

– “My relationship with my lover of a few years seems to be ending. She has a situation she is resolving and so am I. I feel sadness and am dealing with it along with everything else”
– Various follow up comments and questions in response to a question from last week
– “I have this belief that if I want something such as money, people, opportunities etc that I have to obsess about it in my head. I have bills that overwhelm me and want to manifest the money to  pay them off, it seems too big to handle…
– The most important thing to ask yourself about any situation in your life is what is it doing to you and your connection with your Self. From there all solutions are possible.

“You know you’re ‘Attached’ when you say things like…”

When you are ‘attached’ to something – whether it be something you want, a person, a situation, or anything else – you will have stifled your flow and be making it difficult for it to naturally manifest how you would like it to be.


On the Manifesting Excellence group I created a thread yesterday titled “You know you’re ‘Attached’ when you say things like...” where we shared many clues to know when you are  attached’ to something and know that you are not letting it happen, and then to work on relieving that.


Below are some of the comments I posted early on. The Situation you have isn’t Impossible…

Things are made possible from the seeming ‘impossible’ by shifting your perspective, even slightly, and the rest of the Universe reorganises itself in relation to your thoughts…
Make another slight shift and the same happens again…
A few shifts later and you find yourself in a whole different place and with possibilities you weren’t even aware of before…
Everyone starts from a unique place in relation to their beliefs about a subject.  Start from wherever you are about a situation, and make a movement at a time…

This is a natural process. The reason people often don’t find the possibilities is they live from their own  (limiting) beliefs about it not being possible or it being difficult or they listen in to other people’s limitations. Think of the possibilities and enjoy them with great relish…
Relinquish your attachment to the past…
Let the freshness of the infinite possibilities permeate your soul. Remember how that feels?
It happens when you let go of the past and what was before and you create space and open yourself up to what’s ahead for you…
It is natural for you to be in that state of excitement and looking forward to what’s ahead..

In all I teach and the work I do with others we aim not just to mention perspectives but to get practical too. How do you deal with situations?
Start with a small step,whatever it may be. Create movement.  Everyone comes from a unique situation with unique pespectives and problems and this is how I help people when I work with them.

Movement leads to more movement, dissipates fear and resistance, and gets the energy moving in your direction.

Successive movement builds momentum and eventually this momentum carries it…

“Working with Fear about not having Money” and other topics

Working with fear around not having money
– There are different ways into your flow

Fear can be like quicksand
Make a list of fears and concerns and work through them, whether emotionally or behaviourally
Make a list of 50-100 constructive ideas – the key thing is to get your mindset in a place of solutions and ideas
See this as a phase in your life (ie transient) and you will be moving on to better things
– “Meditation is normally said to be great and most spiritual masters seem to recommend it. Why is that? Does it get you better into your flow?”
– Because of what you go through you will be better and stronger
Set an outcome or goal or direction. It is easy for your mind to veer towards fear, give it another pre-set direction so it has somewhere else to turn to than the fear
– What would you like? How would you like it? Get as specific as you can?
– “Trying to do too much”
The key thing is your alignment, not whether too much or too little – what feels the best and most desireful?
Avoid second guessing yourself and “splitting” your energy
Does it feel better or worse to do less? How about to do more?
Being ‘hopeful’ about manifestations and what it implies
– Getting conscious about how your impending manifestations feel to you
– You want to be ‘solid’ in your congruency and alignment
When you ARE it, you don’t have to think of becoming it
– Being gentle and soft with yourself and closing the emotional gap from where you are to where you want to be
– Being general at first and getting specific
– eg “I may not be where I want to be, but I’ll find my way…”
– eg “I may not know the how, but I love me having x. When I have it I will love x, y, z
etc”.
The emotions you feel are indicative of the emotional gap between where you are and where
you want to be
Incorporating more into your life that adds towards your congruency, and taking things out which lead to incongruency
– For some people it can be addictive dealing with those that are incongruent. Be aware, and step
away
– “Energy vampires
Don’t get pulled into other’s issues when you don’t want to be. Be vigilant and aware
– Nurture the thoughts and things that add to your congruency and alignment
– Like orange juice, are you adding to the concentration or diluting it

Things to say to yourself to feel better about yourself and the relationship you are in

– An abuser acts the way they do because they are so disconnected and out of their flow
– “I lost my work and then couldn’t find more work and went through all my money and bottomed out as an alcoholic. I have now been sober for 5 1/2 years and lost a job recently and am filled with fear. I am working on a movie and believe I have many other talents but do not know how to bring the money in. I also believe I may have blocks to money and self-worth and self-esteem are always a work in progress  for me. What can I do?”
